Dosage Range Recommendations
Always begin protocols at the lowest amount suggested, and gradually build to the recommended higher dosage. As you begin to feel better, cut back gradually to the lowest dosage. You should be able to judge the proper amount you need by the way you feel. These recommendations are for individuals 60 pounds and up.
| For children, use the following guidelines for dosage: | |
| Children 30-60 pounds | one half |
| Children 10-30 pounds | one quarter |
| Infants | one eighth |
These doses are intended for specific health issues; they are NOT intended for extended use. These protocols are NOT for general health supplementation or to be used once homeostasis has been achieved.

Scheduling Your Supplements
Most minerals should be taken early in the day, with the exception of:
Gold
Calcium
Copper
Chromium
Gold, especially, will produce a restful sleep.
These minerals should be taken in the morning, as they have a tendency to stimulate the system:
Platinum
Potassium
Selenium
Water of Life (AM78)
Iron
Both Selenium and Iron are very powerful minerals, so please only take 1 teaspoon (tsp) daily unless otherwise directed. Both of these minerals will affect your sleep pattern if not taken early in the day.
Silver (Cil-Ver) may be taken daily if desired. It is generally for use, however, when one is ill. If your immune system is lacking, it may be taken as a secondary support for the immune system.
