Recommended Use
Shake gently before use. Adults and Children (age 4 and up) in a 1/2 cup of water 2 times daily (upon rising and between lunch and dinner) mix in each product dose. Suggested DAILY dose as follows: DHLA Nano-Detox 60 drops (1/2 tsp. or more). Max Stress B Nano-Plex 60-120 drops (1/2 - 1 tsp.) Super Nano Green Tea 60-120 drops (1/2 - 1 tsp.). Sip slowly. Best taken AWAY from food. 60 drops gives 24 servings per 2 fl oz bottle.

To avoid detox symptoms start with a very low dose and work up to a full daily dose over one or two weeks.
