Recommended Use for Daily Powerhouse Health Cocktail - 8 fl oz

Recommended Use
Shake gently before use. Adults and Children (age 4 and up) in a 1/2 cup of water 2 times daily (upon rising and between lunch and dinner) mix in each product dose.

Suggested DAILY dose as follows: DHLA 1/2 tsp. or more. Max Stress B-ND 1/2 - 1 tsp. Green Tea-ND 1/2 - 1 tsp. Sip slowly. Best taken AWAY from food. 1/2 tsp. gives 94 servings per 8 fl oz bottle.

To avoid detox symptoms start with a very low dose of Max B-ND and work up to the full daily dose over one or two weeks.
