How do I order Products?
You can use our secure online order system, we accept Visa or Mastercard. Call us at 604 264-8420 or email us at info@phpure.com.
If we miss your call or when we receive your email we will call you back within 24 hours.
What is the return policy on your Products?
All our products carry our 30 day MONEY BACK GUARENTEE except
where otherwise stated.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Before returning
a product please contact pH Pure Health for your RA number.
Shipping and credit card fees (3%) will be deducted. Up
to 20% of the original purchase price may be charged or the cost of cartridge replacement on used products not in original condition. For Quantum Nutrition Products to qualify for a refund they must be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Opened nutrition products are not returnable.
How are the Products shipped?
Generaly, products that fit in a large envelope or small box are shipped with Canada Post in Canada or USPS Priority Mail in the U.S. Cost is $6.95 - $25 depending on size and weight. Where the shipping cost is greater than $25 we usually contact you for your approval unless the cost is stated on the web page for that product. We use UPS Ground for larger items.
Please bear in mind that a signature is usually required for delivery and let us know if you connot accept either UPS or USPS at you delivery address..

What taxes are charged?
Applicable tax on U.S. orders. GST is charged on Canadian orders. PST is charged in British Columbia on non-nutritional items.
