PH Pure™ Nutrition and Your Health
The pH level (acid - alkaline measurement) of our
internal fluids affects every cell in our bodies. Extended acid
imbalances of any kind are not well tolerated by the body. Acidosis
is too often overlooked as the primary cause of the many degenerative
diseases. The precursor for degenerative disease is almost always
an acidic environment.
Your pH balance depends on your lifestyle part
of which is proper diet and nutrition. This includes eating alkalizing
foods (vegetables, low sugar fruits, etc.), super hydration (drinking
plenty of purified, energized, structured or hexagonal water), and
proper supplementation. Prayer, meditation, love and kindness are
also very alkalizing.
Unfortunately, most of the foods we eat (sugar,
meat, dairy, coffee, sodas, etc.) are acid producing. Our eating
habits tend to be out of balance on the acidic side. By not eating
adequate natural, unprocessed raw foods from an early age by the
time we reach middle age our bodies have become extremely vulnerable
to disease.
Even if a proper diet is followed it is not enough
as most of the foods available today are produced primarily for
profit and their nutritional value is of little consequence. Thankfully
the Organic food industry is growing but even there the nutritional
value for products is not always as great as we would like to believe.
Some nutritional supplementation is no longer a choice but a necessity
for achieving and maintaining optimum health.
