Recommended Use for Probiotic - 60 Vcaps, Premier

Adults and Children (age 4 and up): 
Take 2 Vcaps in the morning upon waking with a full glass of water. Do not eat for 30 minutes. (Use for at least 2 months to significantly improve digestion and elimination then reduce to maintenance dose.

Maintainance: 1 Vcaps upon waking. Do not eat for 30 minutes.

Suggestion: When starting, to re-establish intestinal flora especially in cases of Leaky Gut or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, constipation or diarrhea: Take 4 capsules upon waking (for 6 days). Do not eat for 30 minutes.
