Welcome to a truly classic, premium-aged Italian vinegar. This exquisite, gourmet vinegar is made from select white wines from the Veneto region of northern Italy. The taste of this vinegar can best be described as crisp, clean and light. It's the real thing: genuine, aged, gourmet vinegar.
Surprisingly, many so called "vinegars" are not true vinegars at all, but artificially made acetic acid (with no probiotics) so they taste acidic, but without the time-proven beneficial properties of true vinegar.
Use this vinegar to flavor dressings, soups, main dishes, sauces, dips, popcorn and more. The sulfites contained in this product are naturally ocurring as part of the fermentation process and are not added artificial chemicals.
